North America is the part of the site where itineraries change shape. In Europe you fly into a capital and walk it; here cities are hundreds or thousands of kilometers apart, and alongside city itineraries, road trips make sense, tying together multiple stops along a coast.
Here we collect both: one, three and five-day city itineraries, and the longer journeys that connect them. The method stays the same — real visit times, calculated travel, updated costs, and a plan B for bad weather.
